I’m looking forward to this as well. I’ve learned to not belittle others by saying, “You shouldn’t feel that way.” No matter where someone is coming from, the things they feel are real to them and it does more harm than good to “try to fix them” by telling them not to feel what they do, or telling them what they ought to feel. I pray that the feelings of hurt alumni are prayerfully considered going forward.
