A person commits an offense if the person sends an electronic mail, instant message, text message, or similar communication that references a name, domain address, phone number, or other item of identifying information belonging to any person:
(1) without obtaining the other person’s consent;
(2) with the intent to cause a recipient of the communication to reasonably believe that the other person authorized or transmitted the communication; and
(3) with the intent to harm or defraud any person.
I will not hesitate to prosecute when necessary.
In addition, the person(s) who are calling the Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses to come to both my house and the homes of other members of this community, you are also in violation of the cyberstalking law.

I’m sorry this is happening to you. Some people are just so ignorant. I agree with Curious George, where’s the love? I like the fact that you keep your identity anonymous because that’s not what’s important. What’s important is that people find healing and restoration and support for the abuse that they have gone through. Your site has helped me tremendously and I’m thankful for you

Seriously what does that even accomplish? I mean I don’t think we can say for sure if it’s even someone at the HA, or if it’s just an Alumni with a hate-on, but regardless of who it is, WHAT does it accomplish?
